Description

• Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and outstanding invoices.
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and proactively follow up on collections.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate with stakeholders to address payment queries and disputes.
• Prepare and send out regular financial reports related to credit control activities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve credit control processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and organisational policies.
• Provide support in month-end and year-end financial reporting as required.
