An Exciting opportunity for an Accountant to join Hyde’s Group Financial Control team. This role within finance plays  a key role in managing fixed assets, capital accounting, property finance

and development schemes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintaining the Housing Property Fixed Asset Register
  • Managing depreciation, capital investment and stock renewals
  • Accounting for property sales, disposals and shared ownership staircasing
  • Supporting development accounting, grants and financial controls
  • Preparing management accounts, reconciliations and audit support
  • Assisting with statutory reporting and regulatory returns

What we’re looking for:

    • ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualification (or part-qualified/equivalent experience)
    • Experience in capital accounting, fixed assets or housing/property finance
    • Technical accounting knowledge
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Experience managing complex financial data and controls
