Sales Executive – Spanish Speaking (Latin America Focus), Hiring Immediately | London Office-Based

Fluent in Spanish? Ready to sell to senior decision-makers across Latin America and earn £40k+ in your first year?

We’re a London-based company delivering premium conferences that connect senior decision-makers from government ministries and multinational companies across Latin America.

Our events host 150+ senior leaders from the infrastructure sector across multiple Latin American markets.

We're seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our team immediately and drive new business growth by securing sponsorship packages and tickets through targeted outbound sales. This is an office-based role in London with real opportunities for international travel and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and generate your own leads
  • Proactively generate and qualify new leads through consultative B2B sales with senior decision-makers
  • Comfortable managing high-volume outreach (50–80 calls/day) as part of a structured sales process
  • Hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets by selling high-value tickets and sponsorships to C-level decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline to consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary up to £26,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35k–£44k+ in year one, top performers higher)
  • 28 days annual leave

What We’re Looking For

  • Full professional fluency in Spanish (required)
  • Right to work in UK
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working to targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
  • Experience in sales (cold calling), business development, or customer service is beneficial but not essential
