The Company:

After experiencing phenomenal growth - doubling their workforce in the last two years - we are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join an exciting business who provide a host of innovative Healthcare solutions. This role offers mostly remote working with a requirement of at least one day in the office per week, in Oxford City Centre.

The Role:

You will primarily be responsible for providing full operational support to Account Managers in the team, with the delivery of new projects driving quality, performance client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing day to day operational and administrative support to Account Managers ensuring targets and SLA’s are achieved across the delivery of new projects.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, and nurture new ones, ensuring repeat business.
• Supporting Account Managers with growing projects and monitoring data to ensure projects are performing.
• Overcome any objections and problem solve through clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Support the team with the creation of any bespoke reporting requirements.
• Ensure client satisfaction is monitored via regular surveys, collating and interpreting results.

• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

• IT literate – competent using Excel, and ideally PowerPoint.
• Strong team player.
• Prior experience in a service driven environment would be preferred.
• Graduates with at least one years working experience in a commercial environment are also encouraged to apply.
