The Role

This is a client-first advisory role in a business built on reputation, referrals, and long-term relationships — not quick wins or high-pressure sales.

You’ll advise across residential and buy-to-let mortgages, with a strong expectation around protection. The focus is simple: give clear, honest advice, convert properly, and retain clients for the long term.

This isn’t a volume sweatshop. It’s a quality-led environment where the expectation is that you do things properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Advising on mortgages across the whole market (100+ lenders)
  • Writing protection business alongside every mortgage case
  • Managing clients from initial enquiry through to completion and beyond
  • Building referral relationships and repeat business
  • Using tech-enabled tools to retain and re-engage clients over time

What Matters

  • CeMAP (or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to convert — not just talk
  • Strong protection mindset (non-negotiable)
  • Professional, relationship-led approach
  • Comfortable working without micromanagement
