The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, or related field
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE / QTS / equivalent)
• TESOL / TEFL / CELTA qualification preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience (secondary or ESL preferred)
• Experience in bilingual or international school settings advantageous
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Culturally adaptable and enthusiastic about international education
