Customer Service Advisor Exeter Outskirts £14.28 per hour | Weekly Pay Temporary Contract | Immediate Start We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading housing provider based on the outskirts of Exeter. This is a temporary opportunity expected to last between 2 weeks and 1 month, offering an immediate start and weekly pay.
This is a busy, phone-based role focused on speaking with tenants, completing surveys, and accurately recording information on internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to tenants
Complete census questionnaires over the phone
Conduct tenant satisfaction surveys
Accurately record responses and update systems
Build rapport with customers and encourage participation
Skills & Experience Required
Previous customer service or outbound calling experience
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong communication and listening skills
Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
