We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our clients in the local area.

  • Maintain a calendar of engagements for members of the team, scheduling appointments with both internal and external parties as necessary.
  • Produce various types of correspondence and confidential material including letters, emails, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Arrange meetings, produce agendas, reserve rooms, and order refreshments.
  • Take minutes/notes during meetings.
  • Maintain confidential records.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls for the team.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery and equipment orders, including invoice processing and budget record maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support across various departments as required.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with administrative software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
