The Role

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-organised distribution site in Daventry. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving stock within the warehouse
• Using hand scanners and warehouse systems
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working to productivity and quality targets

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Comfortable with manual handling and standing for long periods
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
