£30,000 - £35,000 per annum + generous uncapped bonus structure

ENB are supporting a Wellingborough based client exclusively to recruit a Internal Sales Executive to join a growing team.

They are an established supplier of industrial packaging solutions, serving customers across the UK and international markets, specialising in the supply of steel and plastic containers and environmental storage equipment.

During a successful period of growth and change, they are recruiting for a motivated and commercially driven Internal Sales Executive to support their sales growth and strengthen customer relationships.

As the Internal Sales Executive, your role will be to generate new business sales opportunities, process quotes and support the wider sales activities. This role combines proactive sales activity with customer service and will help drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Day to day you will

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activity.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and sales orders.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update CRM records, customer data and sales pipelines.
• Work collaboratively with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Experience and background required

• Experience in internal sales, inside sales, telesales or new business generating roles
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business
