We’re partnering with a leading global organisation seeking a talented Accounts Payable Lead to oversee and optimise their AP function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic business with a strong international presence and a collaborative, forward-thinking culture.

As Accounts Payable Lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end AP process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across multiple entities. You’ll lead a team, drive process improvements, and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee high-volume invoice processing and payment runs
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve escalations
• Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple countries

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a leadership role
• Fluent German language skills (essential)
• Strong understanding of AP processes in an international setting
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with SAP
• A Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
