Temporary Receptionist

Position Details:

• Role: Temporary Receptionist
• Contract Length: Minimum of 4 weeks (with potential for extension)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Location: Cobalt, Newcastle
• Start date: ASAP
• Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour paid weekly through OA
• Parking: On-site parking available!

What You'll Do:
As the Temporary Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming visitors with a warm and friendly manner.
• Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
