This vacancy has arisen due to the retirement of a long-standing Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, offering immediate access to a warm client base, strong introducer relationships, and consistent estate agency leads.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
• Manage estate agency leads and own client base
• Conduct appointments (face-to-face, telephone, video)
• Build strong relationships with estate agency teams
• Maximise protection and remortgage opportunities
• Deliver excellent customer outcomes

Requirements

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently
