This Residential Surveyor position is for a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business in the Newcastle upon Tyne area, which, due to increased business levels, is seeking an experienced surveying professional to join their team on a consultancy basis, working a minimum of 2 days/week within a 25-mile radius from home.

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:

• Homebuyer (Level 2 Surveys)
• Mortgage Valuations

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:

• Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
• Strong track record in Surveying - minimum of 2 years post-qualified
• VRS experience
• Attention-to-detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• UK Driving License

• Fee split 50%-55%
• Minimum of 10 points, which can be split over multiple days (min of 2 days)

Working arrangement:

• Remote / WFH basis
• A minimum of 2 days/week
• Monday to Friday
