Role Overview

As a Sales Negotiator at Drivers & Norris, you will be a key part of our residential sales team, helping clients through the property selling process from instruction to completion. You will build strong client relationships, drive successful negotiations, and support the achievement of sales targets while maintaining the high standards of service and integrity for which Drivers & Norris is known.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for prospective sellers and buyers, building rapport and understanding their needs.
  • Property Valuations & Listings: Assist with market appraisals, accurately prepare property details and present properties to potential buyers.
  • Viewings Coordination: Conduct property viewings, providing insightful market knowledge and answering client questions professionally.
  • Offer Negotiation and Progression: Manage offers and counter-offers between buyers and sellers, negotiating to achieve optimum outcomes for clients.
  • Sales Administration: Prepare and update sales documentation, maintain accurate records in the agency systems, and ensure smooth progression of sales to exchange and completion.
  • Market Knowledge: Keep up to date with local market trends, competitor activity and pricing strategies to advise clients effectively.
  • Client Care: Deliver a high-level service experience at every stage of the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and referral opportunities.

Essential:

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in estate agency or property sales
  • Understanding of the UK residential sales market
