We are seeking a Polish-speaking Credit Controller to join an accounting and finance team within a large business. This permanent role is based in Ashford and focuses on managing credit control processes effectively.

Description

• Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Communicate with Polish-speaking clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
• Monitor credit limits and assess the financial stability of clients.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of accounts and overdue payments.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and disputes.
• Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Profile

The successful applicant:

• Proficiency in both Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in credit control or a related accounting role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
• A positive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.
