We are seeking a creative and committed Primary Teacher to join a specialist educational setting from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of children with autism and communication needs, within a highly supportive and values-driven environment.

The Role

You will work as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team delivering a highly individualised primary curriculum, tailored to meet the unique needs, strengths and interests of each learner. Small class sizes and a strong support structure allow teachers to focus on meaningful progress and positive relationships.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified primary teacher (ECTs also warmly encouraged to apply)
• Has a caring, patient and resilient approach to teaching
• Values inclusive, child-centred practice
• Is reflective, adaptable and keen to develop specialist skills
• Works well as part of a close-knit, collaborative team
• Has an interest in, or experience of, SEND or autism (desirable, not essential)
