Field Service Engineer

Location: Republic of Ireland (Remote)

Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time

We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturer to recruit a Field Service Engineer to join their team, supporting customers across Ireland.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service, maintenance and technical support, acting as the main point of contact for customers while representing the business to the highest professional standard.

The Role – Field Service Engineer

The successful Field Service Engineer will be responsible for:

• Field-based servicing, maintenance and repair of specialist equipment
• Planned maintenance, breakdown response and statutory inspections
• Providing technical support to customers pre- and post-delivery
• Travelling to customer sites and maintaining accurate service records

About You

You will ideally have:

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience
• Background in mobile engineering, plant, automotive or industrial equipment
• Good customer-facing and communication skills
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
