The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the service department at a high-performing main dealership.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and team motivation are always at the forefront.
• Maintain high levels of productivity and workshop efficiency.
• Oversee quality assurance and departmental KPIs.
• Develop your team through coaching, training, and support.
• Contribute to business strategy and help drive the dealership forward.

Your Background:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager within a franchised main dealership.
• Strong understanding of dealership processes and workshop operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A passion for delivering an outstanding customer journey.
• Confident decision-maker with the ability to influence at all levels.
