Project Manager

Harlow (covering London & surrounding areas)

£45,000 + bonus + company vehicle

The Role

A growing and established business is looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of installation projects across CCTV, Control and security systems.

You’ll manage the full project lifecycle — from planning and set-up through to delivery and final handover — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion
• Planning, organising and controlling project activities
• Creating and maintaining project plans and documentation
• Leading meetings with clients, suppliers and internal teams
• Providing regular updates and progress reports
• Managing project risks, issues and change control
• Ensuring resource requirements are met throughout the project
• Overseeing quality, timelines and overall delivery
• Completing full project handover to the client

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing projects within security systems (CCTV, Access Control)
• Strong understanding of project delivery and lifecycle management
• Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects
• Ideally from a technical or engineering background
