What will you do as Senior Dry Claims Administrator?

• Oversee and manage drying and restoration claims from instruction through to completion
• Handle complex claims queries and escalations
• Liaise with technicians, surveyors, insurers, and policyholders
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of drying works
• Support and supervise daily job allocations
• Monitor SLAs and KPI performance

What will you need to be a Senior Dry Claims Administrator?

• Experience within insurance restoration, drying, and property claims essential
• Experience dealing with insurers, loss adjusters, and customers
• Confident handling complex claims and problem solving
• Happy to be based on site
• Experience on reporting, audits, and compliance
