Bell Cornwall Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a HR Administrator on behalf of a well-established organisation within the children's services sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a busy HR team in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting recruitment activity from application through to appointment and onboarding
  • Coordinating interviews, recruitment campaigns, and recruitment administration
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters, and recruitment documentation
  • Processing safer recruitment checks, including DBS applications and references
  • Maintaining accurate HR systems, personnel files, and recruitment trackers

The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have

  • Previous HR or recruitment administration experience
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and IT skills
