• Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other relevant professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
• Promote properties through various channels, including social media and local advertising
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
• Organise appointments, follow-ups, and correspondence efficiently to ensure timely progress of sales

Experience

• Previous administrative experience is highly desirable, demonstrating organisational competence
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective negotiation and client interaction
• Proven organisational skills to manage multiple clients.
• Experience in the property sector as a sales negotiator is a must and a track record of closing deals is a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
