The Role
You will take ownership of AI strategy and execution, shaping how intelligent systems are designed, built, and deployed across the business. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and delivering AI driven automation across end to end recruitment workflows
• Building LLM powered solutions for CV screening, candidate matching, and outreach
• Developing conversational agents to enhance candidate and client engagement
• Integrating AI tools into existing ATS, CRM platforms, and external APIs
• Defining and owning the AI roadmap, prioritising use cases with clear commercial impact
• Leading delivery from concept through to production ready implementation

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience delivering AI or automation solutions in a business environment
• Hands on capability with LLMs, prompt engineering, and applied machine learning use cases
• Experience integrating AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery level
