Employal is working with a growing business in the logistics and packaging sector that is focused on maximising the value of its existing customer base.
This is a business that is investing in its commercial function and wants to move away from reactive account handling to a more structured, proactive, and growth focused approach.
They are looking for someone who can bring energy, ownership, and commercial thinking into how customer accounts are managed and developed.
The role
This is a commercially focused account management position where you will take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 80 customers.
You will be responsible for driving retention, increasing customer spend, and re engaging accounts that have become inactive. This is not a passive role. You will be expected to take a proactive approach and treat your portfolio as your own business.
The candidate
