We are working with a fast-growing digital agency that partners with creators, influencers, and brands across social media and subscription platforms. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Creative Lead to join their expanding team.

What you'll be doing:

Creating viral, platform-native content ideas for creators

Developing hooks, concepts and content strategies designed to drive engagement and growth

Leading and managing a small creative team

Working closely with creators, editors and production teams to bring ideas to life

Researching trends, formats and platform updates to keep content fresh and competitive

Overseeing scripting and helping shape overall content direction

They’re looking for someone creative, organised and proactive, with a strong understanding of social media, creator culture and audience engagement.

Experience within influencer marketing, social media, content strategy or digital content creation would be highly beneficial.
