We are now hiring a Public Practice Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established desk, supporting clients while building your own specialist practice market.
What you’ll be doing:
Building and developing your own Public Practice recruitment desk.
Partnering with accountancy firms across Scotland and the wider UK.
Managing recruitment across audit, tax, and advisory roles.
Delivering high-quality shortlists for qualified and senior-level mandates.
Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
Building a strong candidate network within Public Practice.
Acting as a trusted advisor on hiring trends and market conditions.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in recruitment or accountancy/practice preferred.
Strong interest in the Public Practice market.
Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
