Role: Sales Support Administrator

Location: Stockport (SK1)

Salary: £28-32k plus bonus


We are a Stockport-based finance broker supporting UK businesses with funding solutions including equipment leasing, hire purchase, and business loans.


We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator with strong organisational, communication, and customer-facing skills to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a sales function while maintaining high administrative standards.


Role Overview (60% Sales Support / 40% Administration)

This role is primarily focused on supporting the sales team to drive new business, manage client relationships, and ensure a smooth customer journey from proposal through to completion, alongside key administrative responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Support (60%)

  • Assist the sales team with preparing and processing new finance proposals
  • Convert proposals into live agreements using Goldvision
  • Liaise with customers to guide them through the application and documentation process
  • Conduct verification calls for e-sign documentation
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and suppliers throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Send deal completion emails and monthly deal interval updates
  • Provide updates to sales team on deal progress and pipeline status
  • Respond to customer queries including settlements and document requests
  • Support business development by ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients


Administration (40%)

  • Prepare and check finance documentation, ensuring accuracy of calculations and customer details
  • Liaise with funders to complete documentation and manage deal progression
  • Check and process incoming paperwork (finance documents, supplier invoices, etc.)
  • Manage payouts: verify documentation, scan/save signed documents, update Goldvision
  • Chase funders regarding supplier payments and ongoing deals
  • Carry out Experian ID checks and Land Registry searches
  • Send thank-you emails to customers and suppliers
  • Assist with end-of-lease processes and termination communications
  • Take card payments over the phone
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems


Skills & Experience Required

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • High level of numeracy and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting a sales team or working in a customer-facing role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
