We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring practitioner who can create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. You will support children's development through play-based learning, contribute to planning and observations, and work closely with families and colleagues to deliver high-quality early years care.

Your new role

• Deliver engaging activities that support learning across the EYFS
• Safeguard children and maintain a safe, inclusive environment
• Observe and record progress to support next-step planning
• Build positive relationships with families
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of care
• Follow health and safety procedures and daily routines

What you'll need to succeed

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards)
• Good knowledge of the EYFS Framework
• A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early years education
