Location - Llandudno Junction

Salary - £32,000 Basic Salary | £62,000 OTE | Plus Car

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• 1 in 2 Saturdays off
• EVERY Sunday off
• Additional weekday off every other week

The Role

As Used Car Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving the dealership’s sales performance and profitability while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Driving finance and insurance performance through effective sales strategy.
• Ensuring all sales processes are compliant with FCA and manufacturer standards.
• Supporting and developing the sales team of 6 strong through coaching and leadership.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with customers, finance partners and internal stakeholders.
• Delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction and brand standards.
• Assisting the sales team in maximising every sales opportunity.
• Ensuring all retail policies and procedures are followed to audit standard.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have previous experience in one of the following positions:

• Business Manager
• Transaction Manager
• Sales Controller
• Senior Sales Executive

You will be highly organised, target-driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to tailor finance packages to suit individual customer needs.
