Description

  • Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client management, and candidate delivery
  • Build and develop a client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and market mapping
  • Partner with clients to provide hiring strategies, salary benchmarking, and talent market insights
  • Identify, engage, and assess high-calibre candidates through headhunting, referrals, and digital channels
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Develop specialist expertise within a defined industry or function
  • Build your professional profile through networking, industry engagement, and thought leadership
  • Work collaboratively in a high-performance, target-driven environment

Background & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a UK university or equivalent international qualification
  • Interest in, or exposure to, sales, consulting, recruitment, or other client-facing environments (internships welcome)
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin and English (essential due to market and client requirements)
  • A strong interest in working in, or building a career linked to, the China market
  • Eligibility to work in China, or the ability to independently obtain the appropriate work visa
