We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded property business based in Jesmond, Newcastle, who are looking to appoint an experienced Property Sales Progressor on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and busy property team, playing a key role in managing residential sales from offer through to completion.

The Role:

• Progress residential property sales from offer acceptance to legal completion
• Act as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and agents
• Proactively chase all parties to ensure transactions move forward efficiently
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams throughout the sales process
• Identify and resolve issues or delays, escalating where required
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in property sales progression or residential property is essential
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple transactions at once
• Proactive, resilient, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
