Customer Services Administrator

Our client a leading UK-based, family-run company known for our customer-first approach and commitment to quality. Recently recognised as a Great Place to Work, are looking for a Customer Resolution Specialist to join their Norwich-based team.

This full-time role (Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week) involves handling customer queries, managing accounts, reviewing service charges, supporting audits, and processing CCTV requests. Full training is provided  value attitude and problem-solving skills over industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage customer accounts and permits.
  • Respond to queries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support audits, data accuracy, and site integrity.
  • Process service charges and appeals fairly.
  • Handle CCTV requests in line with GDPR.
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate across teams.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and handling sensitive data.
  • Team player with a calm, customer-focused approach.
  • Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits).
