SEO Manager

Salary: Up to £45000

Hybrid - Derbyshire (4x days per week)


This is a great opportunity to take ownership of SEO performance for a fast-paced, consumer-focused brand. You will play a key role in shaping their organic strategy, driving technical improvements, and accelerating growth across a competitive ecommerce landscape.

They are a well-established retail organisation with a strong digital presence and a large, high-traffic ecommerce operation. As they continue to scale, SEO is central to their growth plans, and you will join a digital function that is investing heavily in capability, tooling, and data-driven decision-making. They value initiative, curiosity, and a proactive approach to optimisation.


The Role

* Lead the SEO roadmap and deliver on key performance objectives across technical, content and on-site optimisation.

* Use Screaming Frog, Search Console and other tools to identify opportunities and resolve issues.

* Conduct keyword research, analyse site performance, and develop actionable strategies that drive revenue and visibility.

* Collaborate with content, trading and wider digital teams to improve site architecture and user experience.

* Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and highlight opportunities for continuous improvement.

* Stay current with SEO best practices and contribute to wider channel development.


Your Skills and Experience

* Strong commercial experience working with Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.

* Background in retail, ecommerce or digital agency environments.

* Confident across technical SEO, site audits, crawl analysis and on-site optimisation.

* Comfortable using data to inform decisions and prioritise projects.

* Experience improving organic performance for large or complex websites.

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
