Location: Central London – Office-Based (5 days)

Salary: £30k – £35K

Role Overview

The Team Assistant will support the finance team across client work, investment-related activity and day-to-day coordination, gaining valuable hands-on exposure to private investment and wealth management.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to adviser and associate queries
• Liaise with Operations and Investment teams
• Help prepare client-facing documents and presentations
• Support internal coordination across client and investment activity
• Assist with new business applications and client onboarding

Who You Are

• Degree educated, preferably in finance
• Some experience within financial services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, eager to learn and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
