Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)

Are you an organised and customer-focused professional looking to join a supportive and friendly team? We’re currently recruiting for a Bookings Advisor to play a key role in coordinating our mobile engineering workforce across the UK.

The Role

As a Bookings Advisor, you’ll be responsible for scheduling engineers efficiently while delivering excellent customer service to clients and end users. You’ll work closely with the Bookings Team Leader and become an integral part of a warm and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling mobile Engineers across the UK using bespoke internal systems
• Handling inbound calls with professionalism and strong communication skills
• Liaising with end users, including rental companies and drivers
• Supporting the Bookings Team Leader with day-to-day coordination
• Ensuring bookings and appointments run smoothly and efficiently

About You

• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with internal systems/software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential
