Description

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation.
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable.
  • Respond promptly to supplier queries and maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with the wider accounting & finance team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support ad hoc tasks as required by the department.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • An eye for detail and accuracy in financial processing.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and colleagues.
