The Role:
This is not a passive customer service role.

You’ll be the first point of contact for business owners considering a sale of their business, quickly qualifying opportunities and booking high-value appointments (face-to-face and via Microsoft Teams) for our Commercial Directors.

Your success is measured on quality conversations, qualified opportunities, and appointments that convert.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking ownership of inbound enquiries and converting them into qualified opportunities

  • Proactively calling and following up with warm leads

  • Asking the right questions to uncover intent, motivation, and suitability

  • Booking and coordinating high-quality meetings for Commercial Directors

  • Positioning the value of progressing to a senior-level consultation

  • Managing your pipeline and activity through CRM

  • Working closely with people who have experience of doing the same role to maximise conversion rates
