Reed Education is recruiting a SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision in South London from September.

This role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and confident delivering highly personalised learning. Small class sizes and strong multidisciplinary support allow teachers to focus on relationships, progress, and wellbeing.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs
  • Teach pupils with SEN including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs
  • Create a calm, structured, and supportive classroom environment
  • Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP targets and reviews
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS (or have relevant SEN teaching experience)
  • Have experience teaching pupils with SEN or a strong interest in specialist education
  • Be flexible, reflective, and child-centred in their practice
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
  • Have excellent safeguarding awareness
