Job Title: Class 2 (Category C) Driver – Temp to Perm

Pay Rate: £13.43 per hour

Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join a well-established operation based in Halesowen. delivering and collecting locally .This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent work and the potential for a permanent position following a successful probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out multi-drop deliveries across the DY postcode area
• Transporting general haulage goods safely and efficiently
• Ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Completing all relevant paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Adhering to all driving regulations, including Working Time Directive and driver hours

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
• Minimum of 2 years’ Class 2 driving experience preferred
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Good knowledge of the local area is advantageous
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to manage multiple deliveries and work to deadlines
