Campbell Grove Talent are exclusively partnering with a PE-backed SME in the supply chain space, with an impressive customer portfolio and global growth firmly in their sights. They need an ambitious and motivated Financial Controller to help them get there.

The Role:

This all-encompassing and genuinely varied Financial Controller role will keep you constantly engaged and challenged.

You'll be hands-on across:

• Management accounts and board pack
• Budgeting and forecasting
• P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet reconciliations
• VAT returns, tax compliance, and statutory reporting
• Managing one transactional finance team member

The Opportunity:

This is where it gets interesting. You'll report into an ambitious CFO who's committed to developing the people around them. Expect real exposure to commercial analysis, pricing strategy, due diligence and acquisition work. The full picture, not just the numbers.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
• Strong all-round experience, technical and commercial
• Comfortable owning the numbers and being able to clearly explain them to non-finance people
• Sharp. Driven. Curious about business growth.
