Description

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
  • Support the preparation of VAT returns and other tax-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
  • Provide general support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.

Profile

A successful Bookkeeper should have:


  • Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in the professional services industry is advantageous.
