The Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support schools across Runcorn. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to pupils’ learning and development by working closely with teachers and supporting children in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
  • Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
About You
  • Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred)
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s education
  • Relevant TA qualification preferred, but not essential
