Photography Teacher - KS4 & KS5

Barnet | Independent School | Full-Time | Autumn Term

Pay up to MPS6: £194 - £258 daily rate

SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be working in partnership with a terrific independent school in Barnet to recruit a talented and passionate Photography Teacher for a full-time long-term position starting in the Autumn Term but trialling now.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded school with a supportive leadership team, excellent facilities, and engaged students who are enthusiastic about the arts.

The successful candidate will teach Photography across Key Stages 4 and 5, following the Eduqas specification (English branch of WJEC). The timetable is predominantly Photography-focused, with the possibility of some additional "Choice" teaching on Friday afternoons. These sessions are co-curricular enrichment clubs, although this aspect of the role is currently unconfirmed.

The school is seeking an inspiring classroom practitioner who can deliver creative, high-quality lessons and support students in achieving excellent outcomes at GCSE and A-Level.

The role:

• Full-time Photography Teacher
• Long-term placement for the Autumn Term
• Teaching KS4 and KS5 Photography

Eduqas exam board experience desirable

• Potential for some KS3 "Choice" enrichment teaching
• Independent school setting in Barnet
• Pay up to MPS6

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential
• Have experience teaching Photography at KS4 and KS5
• Be confident delivering the Eduqas specification
• Be creative, organised, and passionate about visual arts education
• Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
