The Role
Based on-site at a new homes development
Managing incoming buyer enquiries
Conducting show home viewings
Guiding customers through the full purchase journey
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to completion
Working towards individual and site sales targets
This is a consultative sales role, focused on building relationships and delivering a high-quality customer journey rather than purely transactional selling. What We’re Looking For
Previous experience within property or a customer-facing sales role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and well-presented
Commercially aware and target-driven
Willingness to learn and develop within a structured environment
