We are working with a respected organisation to recruit an HR & Recruitment Advisor to deliver end-to-end recruitment and provide expert HR support across workforce planning and selection activities.

This role is key to ensuring a professional, efficient, and customer-focused recruitment service, supporting managers and staff with day-to-day HR advisory needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, selection, and pre-employment checks
• Provide expert advice on workforce planning, recruitment, and induction processes
• Support managers with recruitment issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
• Oversee vacancy progression, promotions, and internal postings
• Deliver and continuously improve corporate induction programmes
• Maintain and develop recruitment systems, processes, and documentation
• Produce recruitment data, succession planning, and workforce insights
• Represent the organisation at recruitment events and support HR projects

About You:

• Proven experience in HR recruitment or advisory roles
• Strong understanding of recruitment, selection, and employment processes
• Experience managing HR systems and improving processes
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
