An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly and professional individual to join an established independent Estate and Letting Agency in the Yeovil area as an experienced senior lettings negotiator / property manager with earnings in the region of £30-35,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Generating, arranging, and carrying out viewings and valuations and bringing these properties to market
• Building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords
• Business generation – creating opportunities to increase the portfolio
• Ensuring all office systems/service standards are adhered to
• Primarily Repairs / Troubleshooting Landlord and Tenant issues, as part of a team

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 5+ years current/prior experience within a team at a Residential Letting Agency that undertakes many/all lettings roles in-house and with a reasonably sizeable portfolio
• Be an energetic individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects
• Be willing to get stuck in and get involved in whatever needs doing, such as looking under beds and in lofts!
• Be able to learn quickly, take responsibility and strive for success
• Have the ability to work under pressure when necessary
• Someone who can build long term relationships with clients, whilst also exploring new opportunities
• Possess excellent communication skills, be well-presented and well-spoken
• A key member of the team who believes in the companies values and culture
• Be accurate, numerate and computer literate
• Have excellent communication skills
