An established and growing business in the Poole/Bournemouth area is looking to appoint a driven Sales Executive to support continued growth through new business development.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a proactive sales mindset who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and creating opportunities for the wider sales team.

The role:

• Proactively identifying and engaging new business prospects
• Making outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
• Booking meetings and handovers for senior sales colleagues
• Researching target markets and building a strong pipeline
• Accurately updating CRM systems and tracking activity
• Working closely with sales and marketing to maximise conversion

About you:

• Previous experience in a sales, lead generation or business development role
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• Resilient, self-motivated and target driven
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
