About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Operative to join a busy and fast-paced logistics team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining accurate stock control.

 Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and process incoming deliveries in line with procedures
• Create and manage work orders and documentation using an ERP system
• Maintain accurate stock levels and carry out regular inventory checks
• Manage purchase and sales orders
• Coordinate shipments using courier platforms (e.g. FedEx, DHL) and customer portals
• Pack and dispatch goods in line with company and customer requirements
• Work closely with Planning, Production, Commercial, and Accounts teams
• Support general warehouse operations and ensure a clean, organised workspace

 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in stock control or inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Confident using IT systems (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
• Experience in a regulated or technical industry
• Reliable and proactive
• Calm under pressure
• Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude
• Keen to learn and continuously improve
