Our friendly secondary school in Havering is looking for an enthusiastic, caring and resilient Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / SEN Support Assistant to join our amazing team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom
• Helping young people build confidence, independence and resilience
• Turning "I can't do this" into "Actually… I smashed it!"
• Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to create a positive learning environment
• Celebrating every win - big or small

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a kind heart and a good sense of humour
• Can stay calm under pressure (even when Year 9 discover TikTok dances)
• Builds positive relationships with young people
• Is patient, proactive and ready to make a difference every day
• Experience with SEN is great - but enthusiasm and the right attitude matter just as much!
